COURSE: Summer Solstice Morning Practice 5-Day Course

Welcome the energy of the summer solstice with five mornings of dedicated yoga practice. Through thoughtful sequencing and progressive instruction, this course will help students develop greater confidence and consistency in their home practice. Participants will receive access to recordings of each class for continued practice and study. A daily yoga practice can cultivate strength, mobility, vitality, and greater steadiness of mind—an inspiring way to begin the summer season.
