WORKSHOP: Restorative Iyengar Yoga & Sound Bath
Step into an evening of profound rest and renewal. In this special workshop, Magi, an experienced Iyengar yoga teacher, will guide you through restorative poses supported with wall ropes, bolsters, chairs, and blankets. Each shape is designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create comfort in the body. From the very beginning, sound will be woven gently into the practice. After the first few minutes of asanas, Elena will begin layering in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes. The sounds will accompany you lightly in each pose, deepening relaxation and presence. The session culminates in an extended Savasana, accompanied by a full sound bath—a rich, immersive experience of crystal bowls, brass bowls, chimes, and oceanic tones. Together, yoga and sound create a sanctuary of stillness, renewal, and balance.

WORKSHOP: Asana Focus / Headstand & Shoulderstand
This class is open to all-levels of practitioners with at least 3-months of study in the Iyengar Tradition. Class size limited to 8. Modifications and alternatives will be offered. Please cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of class start time to receive credit to your Momence account.
In Iyengar yoga, inversions like Headstand and Shoulderstand are fundamental for their physiological benefits, such as improved circulation, lymphatic drainage, and glandular function, as well as mental and emotional benefits, including enhanced concentration, stress reduction, and improved body awareness. The Iyengar method emphasizes precise alignment and the use of props to make these poses accessible and safe, enabling practitioners to face fears, build courage, and cultivate a calm, stable mind.
