Terms of Service

01

Welcome to Tiny Haven on Hugo St., a neighborhood yoga studio rooted in the Iyengar tradition. By booking or attending any class, workshop, or event with us—either in person or via Zoom—you agree to the following terms.

Scheduling and Cancellations

02

All scheduling and payments are processed via Momence and Stripe.

Recurring (Drop-in) Classes

Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before class time to receive a credit to your Momence account. No-shows and late cancellations are not eligible for credit.

Courses & Workshops

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive credit to your Momence account. No refunds or credits for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Due to the tiny, independent nature of our business, all purchases are final.

Online/Zoom Classes

03

Zoom classes are live, not recorded (unless otherwise stated).

Links are provided via Momence after registration and are for individual use only—please do not share.

You are responsible for your own internet connection, equipment, and safe practice environment.

Teachers may not be able to see or correct all students; please practice mindfully and within your limits.

04

Audio and video recording before, during, and after class is strictly prohibited. The content and performance of the class are protected intellectual property of Tiny Yoga, LLC, and the privacy and safety of our clients is protected by this policy. The use of electronic devices must never disturb the integrity or quality of our clients’ experience. During class, all electronic devices, including phones, cameras, watches and fitness trackers should be set to do-not-disturb mode.
