COURSE: Introduction to Yoga 3-Week Course
New to yoga? Curious about the Iyengar Method? Join our 3-week course to gain an understanding of foundational aspects of practicing yoga. Each week will focus on a different group of asanas including standing, twisting, forward bending and back bending. Participants will learn how to use props including wall-ropes to modify postures for common complaints such as general stiffness and joint pain. This course is a great way to start or get back into yoga!
