WORKSHOP: Sound Bath: Honest Awareness
All are welcome — no experience needed. Please bring an eye mask if you have one and wear layers.
To receive credit to your Momence account cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance of event start time. We cannot offer refunds.
An evening of gentle self-connection and acceptance. Through sound and stillness, you’ll be invited to meet yourself as you are, allowing space for integration and rest. Through guided meditation and a layered soundscape, you’ll be invited to soften external focus and attune to what is often overlooked. Sound becomes a bridge—helping you move from surface awareness into deeper listening. We’ll close with a simple herbal tea ceremony to ground the experience and carry that openness into your evening.
Part of A Summer of Noticing—a series devoted to returning to yourself through awareness and rest.

WORKSHOP: Restorative Iyengar Yoga & Sound Bath
All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
Class packages can be used to book this class. Cancel 1 hour in advance for credit. No refunds.
Step into an evening of profound rest and renewal. In this special workshop, Magi, an experienced Iyengar yoga teacher, will guide you through restorative poses supported with wall ropes, bolsters, chairs, and blankets. Each shape is designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create comfort in the body. From the very beginning, sound will be woven gently into the practice. After the first few minutes of asanas, Elena will begin layering in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes. The sounds will accompany you lightly in each pose, deepening relaxation and presence. The session culminates in an extended Savasana, accompanied by a full sound bath—a rich, immersive experience of crystal bowls, brass bowls, chimes, and oceanic tones. Together, yoga and sound create a sanctuary of stillness, renewal, and balance.
