WORKSHOP: Healing Yoga: Emotional Stability

In uncertain and turbulent times, it’s more important than ever to find moments of stillness, clarity and grounding.  This workshop offers an opportunity to relax the body, quiet the brain and soothe the emotional center of the heart.  Through supported asanas, we’ll calm the nervous system and bring balance between the intelligence of the head and the heart.  Postures are designed to bring inner peace, support positive thinking and create emotional steadiness.  Props and modifications will be provided to ensure a safe and supported experience.
