WORKSHOP: Sound Bath for the Practice of Gratitude
Gratitude is not a thought—it’s a practice of attention. It begins in the body: in the breath that expands, in the heart that softens, in the awareness of being here, now. This session invites you into a quieter kind of thankfulness—one that lives in the present rather than in words. Through guided meditation and the gentle resonance of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and soft percussive tones, we’ll explore how sound can open the space for gratitude to be felt, not named. The soundscape will unfold slowly, inviting you to notice what sustains you—to sense appreciation as warmth, expansion, or stillness within. We’ll close with a mindful tea ceremony, a ritual of simple receiving and embodied awareness. Elena creates sound experiences that blend sensory awareness, intention, and rest. Her practice is rooted in the belief that sound can return us to what is simple and true—our capacity to listen, receive, and be present.
